Random Stuff

Last week while I was in the South, my wife ordered a DVR from Comcast. Now that we have it, I can't understand how we lived so long without it. The ability to pause live TV is definitely nice for those moments when you need to step away from the TV, and being able to record anything I want and watch it again later without having to deal with not only lack of space but the shit quality of VHS tapes is very, very convenient. I already have the DVR set to record the entire season of Reno 911 and Family Guy, and I have recorded random Futurama and Aqua Teen Hunger Force episodes. So yeah, get a DVR.

The new Foo Fighters is out. I must buy this.

I just received a call on my cell phone. It was Enterprise Rent-A-Car. They wanted to know how my experience was with them. I decided to be nice and answer their questions. They only had 3. It was definitely better than that time Comcast called me to ask about how my repair went and if I was satisfied. I was on the phone with them for about 10 minutes. Highly annoying.

My headaches appear to have subsided. I have only had a few aches in the last few weeks, and they have not been bad. It would be nice if they were gone for good, but this has happened before. I still need to find out why a few fingers on my left hand are numb.

I am at work alone, and the music is loud. I like it like this.

I missed this last season of The Shield, but since I have all but the last episode downloaded, I have been watching them the last few nights. It was definitely a kick ass season, and Anthony Anderson has played a nasty bad guy so far. Now that I have a DVR, I will never miss an episode of anything anymore. Kick ass.

It has been 10 years since I graduated High School. Wow. I know there is a reunion in a few days, but I have no desire to go. I haven't spoken to anyone from H.S. in years, and doubt I ever will again.
