*grumble*

Comcast.....

We have been Comcast customers for a long time now. We used them for our TV and Internet at our old place. We moved our service to our new place, and things haven't been pleasant at all.

I had them install digital cable with HD service. That was working the day we got it. The internet was not quite working. We had to register our modem at the new place, which took about 10 minutes over the phone. Then we had to have them re-activate our email accounts.

Things were working great for a few days. Then, suddenly, on Wednesday morning, both the TV and Internet service stopped working. I called them up and scheduled an appointment to have them come between 8am and 12pm on Thursday. The guy arrived after I left for work. I spoke to him over the phone, and told him to ring the doorbell to get in. My wife didn't wake up, which is ok cause she has not been feeling well lately. The guy said everything outside looked find and that the problem was probably inside.

Well, on Thursday night things were still down. So, I called them up and had them come out again this morning. When I woke up, the Internet service was magically working. The TV was still down. When the guy arrived, he did something to reset the cable receiver and it came up. He said he thinks someone was working out in their cable box outside and our received inside got bumped off. He didn't seem interested in hearing about the Internet being down since it was not up, but things were working, we were happy, and the Universe was at peace.

Our Internet service went down about 20 minutes ago. TV is still working. Anger rising.. rising.. rising........

I am not happy. Not one fucking bit.
