Speakerphones are a tool of the devil.

When my phone rings, as it so often does, there is nothing more annoying than when my caller is on a speakerphone. They are fuzzy, they cut in and out, and I hate having my voice broadcast all over the callers office. I am sick of having to constantly repeat myself because their speakerphone cut off half of what I said. I hate that echoing or ringing sound I hear when the person is talking to me.

Equally as annoying is working near someone who is using their speakerphone. The day they shut off our speakerphones was a good day. I did not like hearing every conversations my coworkers were in. It was loud and a total distraction. There is no need for it. We have headsets that work better than any speakerphone ever will.

If I had my way, I would fry every speakerphone on the fucking planet.
