I just started reading Stupid White Men by Michael Moore. This book is a great read. The book appears to have been written before 9/11(never forget lol), so he never mentions it while he is busy attacking Shrub and his cabinet. I wanted to bring it to work with me, but if I did, I would not have time to ACTUALLY work on this blog.

I tell ya what gets to me sometimes. What I love is when a supervisor, or another person with a position of authority, will tell you to follow certain policies no matter how much a customer bitches about it, but when confronted with the situation themselves, they lose their backbone and do everything they can for the customer. They will gladly put us in a position to get yelled at, but someone yell at them? Oh nooo.. they will get right on it.

What it does is give the customer/end user/fucktard/whatever the expectation that they will get what they want by yelling, and it will make them look good while one of us looks like the asshole. This place is the worst when it comes to it.
